Very good and I would highly recommend Inspire Health and Fitness. From boot camps to Hiit, nutritional advice to PT, it's here for you. Fantastically professional set up with an outstanding venue for PT . The advice given by Gareth as to lifestyle change etc is very good. Fantastic price as well. I very much doubt you will find an instructor this good and conscientious, with great venues and a great group of people at all the sessions -

I heard about Gareths bootcamp through a friend and it definitely appealed to me! I was at the time going to a different bootcamp but finding it difficult to attend all the classes. Gareth' s bootcamp is much more convenient for me, place and times. Not only that but I enjoy every one of his classes and miss them when I can't make them. I have noticed a difference in my fitness and motivation since i have started. I love that it's suitable for all levels and includes a mixture of exercises, while Gareth challenges you and also praises your efforts. It's an affordable price and definitely worth the money! Everyone is friendly as well. I'm so glad I joined this bootcamp and plan to continue with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in the area looking for a fitness class.
